The Department of Information Management and Information System, formerly called the Department of Computer Science and Technology, serves the need of teaching specialized courses of this subject and its construction while being responsible for other subjects' curriculums about computer science. The faculty of the section consist of 1 professor, 7 associate professors, 11 lecturers and 1 laboratory technician. The program of Information Management and Information System aims to cultivate senior inter-disciplinary talents for medicine information industry, who should be not only equipped with a basic acknowledge of modern management theory, relatively professional knowledge of pharmacy as well as a grasp of the ability to apply the computer science and technology, but also ready for adapting themselves with the development and the construction of global pharmaceutical economy.
