科研简介

主要研究水凝胶相关生物材料药物缓释和组织工程方面的应用。多年来,基于不同药物剂型(表皮、皮下及口服)设计和合成了多功能水凝胶药物载体基于表皮敷料的水凝胶能够在小鼠体内高效去除伤口重金属污染,相关专利已成功实现技术转让;基于皮下的蛋白质药物水凝胶显著提高蛋白质在体内的稳定性,在小鼠肿瘤模型中疗效显著,相关的两项成果在药剂学权威期刊Journal of Controlled Release上发表;基于口服抗生素的水凝胶得到比尔盖茨基金会的赞助,能够保证药物在室温的稳定性,并成功治疗小鼠肺炎共发表SCI论文20余篇,引用次数2000余次,美国专利3项,专利成功转让1项,H-index13

Research Summary

Professor Xu’s research focuses on the design and applications of hydrogel-based biomaterials in the field of drug delivery and tissue engineering. With over ten-year experience on the syntheses of peptide and polymeric hydrogels, he has developed varying hydrogel formulations for topic, subcutaneous and oral drug administrations. His publications include over 20 papers with a total citation of > 2,000 times, as well as 3 US patents with one industrial license. His H-index is 13.
